Good app

If you have a Windows it is definitely the best solution.
The biggest problem is the installation. Its quite hard for the neophyte.
Teamviewer for exemple is way easier to install and dont have ports problems. Its a pain not being able to use an app because all ports are forbidden on some secured network.
But, aside from that, Windows app wins hands down.
